Gone home. Feel mildly better because:
(a) air in apartment warmer and more humid: cold, dry air at work was feeling like it went into my brain and hit something causing pain every time I breathed in.
(b) light in apartment neither florescent nor on.
I predict, perhaps, more working from home this winter if the air in the office is going to be cold and dry.
