it may be a show animal. Show animals have those coats sometimes. And a sheared sheep would be pretty cold at highway speed, perhaps...

FLOTILLA OF BEACHED WHATS?!
I HAVE TO KNOW!

Ahem.

I googled "sheep wearing a coat" and ... yeah, OK then.

Also ... what part of the country did you grow up in, just out of curiosity? :)

Flotilla of beach toys!

*Deflated* beach toys, even!

Grew up in central Texas. :) Cattle country, here. The guy who owned the pasture across from our house ran longhorn and shorthorn on it

Ah, OK, was just curious about your vowels, heehee. (Don't worry--in case you WERE worried--you have a 98% Standard American Accent.)

Flotilla of deflated beach toys, wow. Yeah, I wouldn't have expected that either!

:D Yeah, people are always saying "You don't sound like you're from Texas!" But I get twangy when I'm tired, angry, or surrounded by relatives. XD

Yeah, people are always surprised that I was raised in the south/mostly in Arkansas, but I do start dropping my Gs when it serves a purpose (such as buttering up airport staff) plus things sneak in that I didn't even know were dialect--my first Californian co-workers roundly mocked me for saying "supper" instead of dinner. :/
