I'll have to stop by later - head empty right now.
But do you remember the Sandman issue where Gaiman goes through a typical Morpheus day? That might help - if you have anymore luck recalling which one it is than I did.
He greets children who sought their lost mother, arbitrates two disputes, observes and grants dreams.
Tuesday.
He greets a nightmare, and charts skerries, and explores other parts of the Dreaming.
Wednesday.
He walks and explores the castle ... .
Thursday.
He attends [a] concerts, looks at a painting, feeds pigeons, attends a performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and visits his waking-world properties.
Friday. He reviews treaties.
So might Yuuko review obscure and mystical documents, meet with visitors from other dimensions/timelines, have tea with special friends (Count D?), spend time observing otherworldly phenomena, etc. Except that I don't get the feeling she gets out much, if at all, unlike Dream.
I think if I am this person, linear time is kind of irrelevant, so if I had something that resembled a day planner, it would have recordings of events and/or likely events/matters of hitsuzen in the past, present, and future, and probably would be unreadable for most anyone else.
Regular meetings with my fence. ("so, last week's haul includes the usual jewelry, someone's voice in a bottle, and a rare iguana. I know you can move the lizard.")
