ACK!! So adorable!! When my older nephew was about 1-2 yrs old, he would've made an EXCELLENT chibi Zechs Marquise with the semi long blond hair and curls. Then as he got older (now at the age of 10) he would make a great Naruto. The youngest nephew who is 6 has blond hair as well but not sure who he would make a cute cosplay as.
I take it, it was a parent bribing him with cheetos? (or whatever that was in their hand)
Omg. I can only imagine when that kid is readying himself for his first prom and his mother pulls out pictures of that. I LOVE KIDS COSPLAYING OMG. It makes me sit around thinking about how it will shape their lives!
Wee Baby Gaara was at Otakon too, but we didn't get any close up pictures. He kept falling over because he couldn't balance with his gourd very well. It was adorable.
There was a woman at Anime Boston a few years ago who was pushing around two kids about that age in one of those two seat strollers who were dressed up as Naruto and Sasuke. People kept coming up to her going "aw, cute!" and she said that if you watched them for a minute, you'd be able to tell why she picked those costumes.
Sure enough, thirty seconds later the kids turn to each other and start fighting.
My print of "Marchands" has come back from the frame shop in its wine-red mat and Art Deco bronze-ish frame, and has bumped Yuuko to a different wall of the dining room (it's wider than her pic is).
