Yes, the icon's Havoc! I made it from a screencap of the CUTE CUTE Havoc-ness in episode 37. And the text is a dorky Andrew quote from a scene in the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" episode "Storyteller", which the Havoc scene reminded me of. >:D

And the text on the sad Roy icon are from the original French concept album of Les Mis, from "Un peu de sang que pleure" ("A Little Fall of Rain") and is "Ce n'est rien, non, ce n'est rien. Un peu de sang que pleure"--"It's nothing, no, it's nothing, this bit of blood that rains."

I live in Texas and ever so often I fantasize "I could drive five hours to Funimation in Dallas and kidnap the cute dub actors!!!1!one!" And then I take vitamin C and lie down quietly until it goes away.
If you can use Bittorrent at all, most of the dubbed episodes are available for download. Or I could upload an episode via YouSendIt (I am reveling in my shiny new fast cable connection by sending things to people).
