Checking my stats as usual, and I find that I've gotten, like, forty-odd hits from a David Icke forum. Icke, for those who don't know, is someone who thinks that alien lizards are running the world. Lots of people on the (waaay out there) fringe and comspiracy theorists flock to him. So I was ... bzuh?

Went to the forum thread, and it turns out someone had, halfway down the page, posted something about an Illuminati recipe to control the mind, which included the phrase "blue rose." Someone else did a search on "blue rose" and posted relevant things that came up. Including the cover of Project Blue Rose and the back-cover text from it.

RACHEL WE ARE PART OF THE CONSPIRACY!

I am totally not going to block them hotlinking the image, because I find this incredibly funny.

I think it would be great if years from now, the first printing of Project Blue Rose was considered one of the important clues to the Lizard Queen's plans for world enslavement, and eagerly sought out by fevered conspiracy cultists. Bonus points if it gets all tangled up in sexually themed fabric to sell at artist alley.
