I love this! I played on a taiko like that, but about half the size (thankfully - that was hard enough!). My entire body shook whenever I finished my piece, I pushed my weakling muscles so hard. I love watching real taiko drummers though, and a taiko concert I went to in Japan started off with a guy and a drum pretty much as you've pictured it. The curtain opened and closed on his very muscular back, we never saw his face. It was beautiful, and your picture definitely captures that.

I don't know how you did that with a blurry weird-angled mirror photo (this is why you and not I are the artist), but it looks great. I love the strength in his shoulders and the way he's holding himself.
