NATURALLY Gin, that smarmy bastard, turns out perfectly, while Matsumoto is fitting together like a freak and I've got the perspective on her right foot wrong. This is a bitch of a perspective, but I was stuck on this for days and days and days until I had the idea to do it from this perspective. AAAAUUUGH.

Feel free to guess at who the other characters are, if you can tell from my sketchy scribbles. PLz to be confining advice to Matsumoto's improbable anatomy because I don't have the time to worry over any other part of it.

After I get the whole thing looking like the bits in black, I print it out and use the lightbox to render it in pencil, then scan it in and letter it and THERE YOU GO.

For those of you using Manga Studio, I did the perspective lines with ... oh hell, one of the tools. Focus Points? I forgot the name.

Sadly, I can't help with Matsumoto's anatomy, which is improbable even in canon.

Part of my slowness on this was getting stuck on this spread - I couldn't do anything else because of it. AARRGGGHHHH

It could be hers. I didn't have any specific connection in mind, but as the panels on the next page are Soi Fon looking down, I wouldn't be too surprised if people assume that. XD

Matsumoto in Serious Pumps! That must fulfill any number of guys' dreams ... . (Actually, there would be something wonderfully over-the-top kinky about her in a complete Alpha Bitch businesswoman suit, I think.) The only way I'd be able to get that foot properly myself would be to force someone into a pair of said shoes, stand on a chair, and take a picture.

I see Aizen behind his crony, and I think I spot Renji among the scribbled masses, but I'm not sure about anyone else.

Her legs are really awkward, too. I'd originally sketched her in wearing the shinigami uniform, then remembered that Rachel had specified that nobody was wearing their uniform, and that she was in Rachel's corset top and a skirt. Hrm. Hakama can hide a lot of sins.

If I tell you that what you probably think is Renji is actually Nanao doing a facepalm, you can probably guess a couple of other characters. XD
