Scharffen Berger's Semi-sweet bar is my current fave. I went upstairs and got a Snickers from the vending machine to stave off the worst of the hallucinations and shakes.
Huh - no wonder you were having a chocolate attack! It's officially Chocolate Week! (And to my delight, I just discovered a double chocolate biscotto that I put in my little snack bag, along with some much healthier strawberries, and forgot about until this moment.)
Hubby bought me a bar of Lindt for Valentine's day... 85% cacao. Now that was CHOCOLATE. I stashed it in my purse in case of dire emergency, which usually crops up about once a day... but you do have to take that stuff in small doses. ^_^
I'm a fan of Ghirardelli Intense Dark: Twilight - 72% cocoa... though mainly due to its abundance. ^^ (I'm nibbling on some now, as I had a coupon for two bars of it). I'll gladly take Lindt Dark truffles when I can get them also.
However, I hope to one day bliss out of their newest one, a bar that's 86% cocoa: Midnight Reverie (http://www.ghirardelli.com/products/chocbars_intense_midnight.aspx)

Wish I could e-mail you some, but it doesn't work that way ... the little chocolate molecules still aren't tiny enough to fit through the cables.
What's your favorite chocolate at the moment? I'm partial to Chocolove Crystallized Ginger just about anytime, or their 70% Dark.
