Where, oh where, are my Livejournal friends?
Where, oh where, can they be?
With Rachel's and my query for
Project Blue Rose
and their duty to entertain me?

Personally, I blame the migraine.

and someone tell me to stop feeling guilty for eating like a pig when I have a migraine when I know damn well that keeping my blood sugar up helps the pain.*

* and before anyone asks, this one's triggered by caffeine withdrawal, which I did to myself because I'm damn tired of having this happen every single time I don't have caffeine in the house. I don't drink enough to really taper off, so it's cold turkey for me.

I saw the queries but had nothing to contribute. :-]

Watch more Avatar! Avatar, as opposed to leather gear, is something I can talk about.

You don't have to talk about leather gear! If you wanted to see them snuggling fluffy bunnies in a completely appropriate manner, that's a perfectly legitimate suggestion!

(I'll watch more as soon as the migraine moves away from my left ear area, which makes it a bit more painful to put the iPod's earphones in. :D)

I seriously think a game of go, even a beginner's game of go where they're revealing all sorts of psychological things about themselves by the kinds of mistakes they make, could be really hot. But I may be the only person who feels that way about a game she really sucks at. :-D

"♪Where, oh where, are my Livejournal friends?

Writing up book reviews and fighting off mild headaches of their own?

Personally, I think you should babble about Avatar and how Zuko is a highstrung emotastic angstmuffin and it was wrongwrongwrong that we only got 1 episode of the bounty hunter and how Uncle Iroh and Tea are awesome.

After I finish what I've got of season 3! :)

No feeling guilty about eating! Blood sugar is crucial in pain management, and food can help keep down queasiness as well.

Also, have some random shoe porn!

At least I've now eaten a potato and I've got a couple of brownies waiting for me later.

Hee! XD

oof. Sorry, I ended up spending the afternoon in bed watching Kyo Kara Maoh and napping. I finally took the hardcore painkillers and am just now starting to feel like a human being. I'm almost wishing I could afford to take another day off tomorrow.

I took my migraine meds and they're kicking in now. If it doesn't kill the whole migraine, my plan is to head for the Vicoden and then for bed. XD

If the prescription strength naproxen hadn't taken care of at least the bulk of the soreness from my brush with concrete, next up was the migraine painkillers. I don't like taking too much fioricet, though.

Good luck with the migraine.

One of the possible side effects of the Relpax is a heaviness in the chest, as the blood vessels constrict, which can also signify one of the *other* side effects, which is a heart attack. Naturally, my chest started feeling heavy and painful, which panicked me. Until I remembered the yeah, I did all those PUSH-UPS last night and my arms and chest are SORE from that, and have been so for part of this afternoon. XD Once I figured that out and separated the muscle aches from the rest of the symptoms, the chest-heaviness wasn't anywhere near as bad as it's been on some occasions in the past. I shall probably not have a med-induced heart attack tonight.

Thanks.

See...it's the probably part that tends to sour me on migraine meds. *shudder*

Gathering flowers, everyone.

*points*

I'm talking about superheroes and their alter egos in vague terms over in my lj.

And I can't wait to hear your comments about Avatar (my current happy-making snugglyfluffy show).
