30 min. 5 mi. Total: 674 From Rivendell: 212 mi. Land drops steeply. Heading into a valley.


Have kicked the time up to 30 min instead of 20, in frustration at this particular plateau. We'll see if I actually manage to keep to that - the overall goal is *still* 20 min a day, 7 days a week. If I want to do more, that's well and good, but I still need to get in at least 20 min a day 7 days a week.

I just ramped it up to twenty minutes starting last night!
I try to keep my RPM between 70 and 80 and I really try to push myself to 80 towards the end of my workout as a last minute push.

I think giving myself permission to stop after 20 minutes will be the thing that keeps me going - I'll be all "I don't want to do 3 minutes!" but once I hit 20, I'll probably be "Well, might as well continue tonight. I can always stop at 20 tomorrow."
