RPers needed to test a crack-based RPG growing out of the Fourth Division Irregulars silly zanpakuto meme.

I was going to do more of a writeup on this, but then Adobe ate my brain and my upstairs neighbors decided that 1AM was a really good time to hang some picture on the wall or someting, so I'm now tired and frustrated and angry at the world in general, so any more than the below will have to wait until after I wake up in the morning.

Please ask questions in the comments, and this offer is open to just you regular readers of Camp Telophase, since I can trust that you guys are pretty good with writing actual full sentences and such in your RPing. When this goes public, there'll be a more formal app process. :)



Basic idea: this is the Omega Crew of the Sereitei - the group where all the misfits, ne'er-do-wells and screwups get transferred in order to get them out of everyone else's hair. Shortly before the events of the Soul Society arc, the group was sent as part of some ill-defined project to the Real World, and told to wait for orders. Then Ichigo and crew crashed the Seireitei's party and the Irregulars fell through the cracks and were forgotten by the Powers that Be, and are still kicking about awaiting orders and getting into trouble.

YOU will be creating an original character. There may be canon characters showing up infrequently, but they'll be mod-controlled NPCs and will probably make your character's life a living hell.

You don't have to use the Silly Zanpakuto Generator to create your zanpakuto, but it'll give you an idea of the sort of thing we're aiming for here.

Anyway, that's nowhere near enough info, I know, but as the upstairs neighbors started VACUMING THEIR BEDROOM FLOOR AT 1:30 AM I am now too irritated to maintain the tone of cracktasticness this game will require as I write it up.

It's not f-locked because there's a lot of regular readers who *aren't* on my f-list, solely because there's too many people for me to keep up with on it already. :)

Not knowing much about Bleach shouldn't be too much of a problem, actually. XD

I shouldn't think so. And your character can always have amnesia or be insane or something that would excuse anything they didn't know. :D

If it's not going to be a hugely time-intense thing, I'd be interested. My familiarity with Bleach is pretty scattershot, but since that seems not to be a problem, I do have a deep love for crackishness.

Nah. I'm thinking of the basic CFUD thing, where you just need to show up with a post or comment every couple of weeks to show us you're not dead. But as it's all OCs, there's no need to remove idle people to let their characters come back into play, so if someone drops off the face of the earth for a while, we'll just dump their character into cryogenic storage (the deep freeze of the conbini) or something until they come back.

(I would think pigeons would be essential.)
