I have no idea who he is, but he's lovely. (Do you mean for that angle on the right hand? It looks a little twee, but as I said, I don't know the character.)

Mm-mmm, first time I've seen this and it is very pretty. XD I only say that the movement of Fai's coat seems a little inconsistent. I may just be looking at it oddly, but with the, um. Main part thing of it swishing to his right--and the hood--but his right sleeve not-so-much, it just makes the otherwise very snuggly coat look quite stiff.
