FINALLY human again! And Yuletart!
Last night was hell, as the migraine came back, about an 8 on the Mankoski Pain Scale and centered itself right at the back of my head, and I still couldn't eat anything or keep anything down except for very few sips of water. I managed to keep two Vicoden down, which didn't do a thing for the pain, but put me to sleep, at least. It was still there this morning, when I was finally able to take more Relpax*, which didn't kick in until noon, and the nausea was still present so I phoned the doctor and got them to phone in a prescription for an anti-nausea medication so I could actually eat. So the headache is mostly gone, to be replaced by the YOU HAVE NOT INGESTED ANY FOOD AND VERY LITTLE WATER IN THE PAST 36 HOURS feeling. I've had the medication and a small potato and so far have no nausea. Yay. Still a bit wobbly on my feet, but I'll live, which seemed like touch-and-g this morning. XD
And on th bright side, my
yuletart gift, by Anonymous, was posted today. It's a soft, sweet moment of Sanzo and Goku. Go see it right here! (The artist names will be revealed at the end of the month.) What a nice thing to get after two days of hell! XD

And some migraines mimic stroke - aphasia, paralysis of one side. THat would be damn scary and I'm glad I don't get them.
ETA: A good place to start (http://www.thedailyheadache.com/2008/01/predict-migrain.html) reading about migraine prodrome symptoms, with links to further stuff about migraine.
