I have to get started early tomorrow, since I need to pick up a package form the post office, get gas, and - since it's finals week - get to campus before 8 AM in order to ensure I get a parking space. Because I slept late after emailing work that I wasn't coming in today, I figured I needed to go into Super Tiring Mode, which involves no caffeine (aside from the one Coke Zero to stave off caffeine-withdrawal migraine earlier today), and exercise twice as long.
Wow. My legs and arms are all shaky now. :)
