I've been poking about websites of paranormal investigators, trying to get a feel for the sorts of reports they produce* and, as with all websites, the funniest things are produced unintentionally:

Prior to the leaving the residence a house cleansing was done by the group members using holy water and a smug stick. We informed the client to contact the BPG with any further problems.

That would be a smudge stick. XD



* You'll eventually find out why.

Oh, I dunno...if the investigators are feeling superior to the client and want to impress that superiority upon him/her, they might in fact use a "smug stick".
