Retail therapy
Books (All manga/manhwa, as I'd assembled a huge stack and decided not to look in any other areas of the store after that. :D)
Bride of the Water God, vol. 1
Togari, vol 1-3
Parasyte, vol. 2
Cain Saga, vol. 1
Mammoth Book of Best New Manga, vol. 2
Banya the Explosive Delivery Man, vol. 5 - I don't think I've gotten vol 4 yet, but I see this so rarely in the actual store that I jumped on it. I may end up doing the Amazon thing for vol. 4.
Food - from Central Mark
A small bison chuck roast, a little over 1 pound. I figure I'll crockpot it overnight: a bit of Googling reveals some potential recipes. I just need to decide which ones I'm going to cannibalize to create whatever recipe I end up doing. :D
Also, gourmet butter, because the idea of gourmet butter always makes me giggle. And bread on which to eat it, and some California Jack cheese to eat with it, and some Fuji apples to go with it all.
Some sort of Spanish red wine, which I'll toss a bit into the crockpot along with the other stuff.
Scharffen Berger semisweet chocolate.
And ... er, some other stuff that I don't quite remember at the moment.
Now, I'm just exhausted and I think I'll assemble what I'm going to eat tonight and veg in front of the TV. The TiVo has learned that my seekrit guilty low-class schadenfreude-ish pleasure is watching How Clean Is Your House? on BBCAmerica and I have two episodes waiting for me. :D

But demands from one's muse aren't the same as demands from bosses or such!
It can even feel good, doing that kind of work.
