I'm not actually going to get any work done for the rest of the day. I should just go home. With maybe a small detour by Best Buy or someplace to stare at videogame systems. My boss and cowoker are gone also, leaving me as the sole Systems person here, but if anything went wrong, I couldn't fix it: all I could do is tell people to call my boss, which he told them to do anyway.
[ edit: Well, answered that question - there was a problem and yes I could fix it. Guess it's good I didn't leave. Dammit, now I feel obligated to stay until 5. ]
Oh,
sub_divided, I was looking in the mirror earleir today and realized that despite my not taking in a copy of Death Note, pointing at a hairdo, and saying "Give me that," I actually received L hair anyway. It just requires a bit more Product and blowing it dry upside down.
No I'm not about to smear eyeliner under my eyes and post it to
death_note. It's the only thing I have in common with L.

I don't think I currently own any eyeliner. In highschool I wore makeup every day, but by college I decided it took too much time. And now, it just feels weird to wear it. Doesn't help that I'm developing weird allergies at a strange rate and there's omse ingredient used in blue and black and purple dye that makes my eyes itch and water and my skin get a rash, and I can't ever be sure what makeup has it and what doesn't.
The strange thing? I love playing with makeup. I just never wear it. It's an art thing.

But I do own eyeliner, which I use occasionally if I'm going out or something
reposted so I make sense
Heh, but cool. I wonder what the hairdressers would say if you brought in a manga, pointed, and said: I want hair like that!

And if I *wanted* to achieve it, I could merely ask my stylist who, after all, wears a turquoise Mohawk. Six inches high. :)
I think the stylists as this place would consider it a challenge. Which is why I like them. :)
