More Doujinshi!
I have taken advantage of the sleeplessness tonight caused by sleeping 14 hours earlier today by scanning more doujinshi from the Japan trip. It's all Bleach except for one Death Note.
If you just want to look trhough them, you can go to the main directory at: http://www.magatsu.net/doujinshi/ and click on the subdirectory you want. To easily look at the ones I scanned tonight, once you click on the subdirectory, click on the heading link that says Last modified twice. This sorts the most recently uploaded files to the top - tonight's doujinshi scans are dated November 1.
There is a decided lack of crack in this batch. But that should be OK because while I only have about 5 doujinshi left to scan, two of them are CRACKTASTIC and I will probably end up scanning more than just a page or two from each. :)
As always, the scans aren't that great because I scanned them directly at 72ppi, and the interior ones are usually slightly off because I didn't want to break the spine of the book.
Death Note:
The coverof this one is gorgeous (it's Pieta by Balgus-REC). The interior isn't quite the level of the cover, but is pretty nice anyway.
Bleach:
Attention
rachelmanija! I felt the need to point out this one by Jakoten and Himitsuki Nana (back cover of Renji) because for one panel Byakuya has on glasses and I want to see you torn between OMG BYAKUYA YOU JERK and OMG GLASSES. :D
Pointing out Group Konpaku's Don't Leave Me This Way for Renji hips and Renji cosplaying Reno from FFVII.
Honey Canon and Haruya Takamiya's Electrical Spirits has only two pages of Espada gags, while the rest of it is filled with Soul Society gags, so naturally I scan the two Espada gag pages. It has something to do with teeth, but I'm not quite sure what.
And now we get to a bit of crack. I THINK the circle's name is Buriya, but I could be wrong. The doujinshi has two stories in it, one Ikkaku x Yumichika, and one Gin x Kira. It's a Valentine's Day special titled Chocolate is Very Sweet but You are Sweeter. In it, we see what I think is Ikkaku and Yumichika makign chocolate and Ikkaku bitching while Yumichika sparkles at him. And then, we get to see that Kira has a hidden side to him when he makes a full-size Gin out of chocolate. And then Gin just has to spoil his fun by melting it with a hair dryer. I'm not sure whether Renji is shocked that the chocolate Gin exists or that Gin is melting it.
Classical Parade brings an OK Shunsui x Nanao doujinshi, which I'm pointing out because the cover is kind of neat - it's very simple but effective, with a picture of Nanao in black printed on a green background. But the pink cherry blossom petal is a cutout that's pasted onto the cover.
That's it for now as I'm actually getting sleepy and my cold is sending me down again. I'll try to get the rest scanned tomorrow (er, today, looking at the time): and I do promise you Kenpachi Zaraki in a schoolgirl's uniform in the third and final batch! I bet you can't wait!

Also I've been debating about getting Electrical Spirits but not sure if it's worth having. Is there any kind of RenRuki moments in it?
*cringes* Also one of the not so great het artist's is Love Drop. I only have two of their books that are focused on RenRuki just cause of the pairing and still not sure yet about getting rid of them since I have issues on the way they draw the two characters. #1. Rukia's head is huge and her eyes are almost as big as her head and #2. Renji always looks so mean.
EH? Is that a Ikkaku&Nemu dj? I used to have a small liking for the pair till Mizuho came into the pic. Just too bad the majority of the damn dj artists out there tend to IGNORE that fact!! I want more art or something with Ikkaku/Mizuho.
Here's my old list of Bleach djs. I have to update it though since I got a few more in since then: http://community.livejournal.com/renji_rukia/83811.html

Angel Service has two different styled covers for Les Pays. I didn't know this till I had a few extra copies on hand. The copy I have, the cover is like a reg. paper cover. The others I've seen have a shiny cover. It wasn't till I opened it up to see what the difference was. The middle where there is a break before it goes to where Renji is running with Rukia, the one I have has the pic on the bottom right: http://img45.imageshack.us/img45/4940/05ni0.jpg
And the other copies, just has a profile of Renji with his hair up and slightly turned towards the opening of the book. I don't know if the one I have was like an earlier press or what.

I'll scan a couple pages of the Byakuya-Rukia-Renji story when I scan the others today.
The only RenRuki moments in Electrical Spirits are a one-page gag that features her buttoning his school uniform shirt, and the next page which has a really cute drawing of them tormenting Kon. I'll scan that one too. (OTOH, the art overall is really really good and the book just feels good in your hands - this is probably one of the ones I'll be keeping, because I just like holding it. XD)
And yeah, that's an IkkakuxNemu dj. :D Unfortunately, most of the art is really horrible - it's got a large number of short stories in its 106 pages (a few text, but mostly comics), and the story I scanned from is, literally, the best art in the book. But it *is* over 100 pages of Ikkaku/Nemu goodness, if all someone is interested in is the pairing. XD
Once I get all of these scanned in, I'm going to make a spreadsheet with pairing/characters/rating/etc. and work out which ones I want to keep and which ones I want to sell. XD

that jerkByakuya, I'll put him in glasses and see what you think of it. XDI'm almost through all the scanning now - I've just got the big anthology with the die-cut cover and the Zaraki-as-schoolgirl one to go. XD
Zaraki/Unohana
I've been googling the name "Speak by the shadow of the flower" and getting nothing =__=
