Art generator redux...

The one section I'm really having a lot of trouble with is the Challenge section. I wouldn't use it very much in the promtps, but it'd be nice to have a lot of variety in it, still. :/



This is what I've got so far:

Challenge

Evoke an emotion contrary to that which is obviously displayed by the subjects within the piece.
Experiment with lighting: Degree of lighting, angle, harshness, origin, single and multiple sources, color of lighting.
Use vibrant colours to create a sense of passion and urgency.
Reverse or flip your perspective, orientation or point of view on any piece you have previously created and recreate that piece.
Within the same piece, express the emotions anger, joy, sadness and melancholy. Subjects need not be human.
Use modern media to evoke a traditional feel.
Use modern media to evoke a strangely otherworldy feel.
Explore an unfamiliar style.
Focus on using negative space in a strong manner.
Experiment with chiarascuro.
Use unexpected colors for the elements in your picture.
Riff off of a famous artwork.
Depict the subject of your piece from an unexpected angle.
Experiment with deep perspective.
Try to capture a sense of time passing in your artwork.
Set a timer and complete your picture within a set amount of time.
Simplify the detail in your picture to reveal its essence.
Use colors that represent your emotional response to the subject, instead of the actual colors of the subject.
Do a series of pieces of the same subject, experimenting with changing the light and shadows.
Add hidden meaning to your piece with symbols.
Work in a dark room, which obscures the details of your piece.
Use a larger tool (pencil, brush, etc.) than usual to create your piece.
Listen to a style of music that you usually don't listen to while creating.
Use canvas or paper half the size that you usually do.
Use canvas or paper twice the size you usually do. Be sure to fill the entire canvas.
Express the subject of your piece with an extreme close-up on part of it.
Use the qualities of repetition, pattern, and variation on a theme to express your subject.

Paint your favorite bishonen/magical girl/badass/etc in the style of Impressionism/Expressionism/Cubism/etc

(Oh, man, the character, setting, and random Cool Bits sections are going to look so familiar... I'm at least going through and editing them down, removing near-duplicates and things that can't really be expressed easily in art, like "a telepath".)

Its interesting, but I suggest that you find ways to rank them - so you can combine them. So "rip off a famous piece of art" can blend into "use te qualities of repetition" or something.

1. Use a limited color scheme
2. Black and white
3. Draw someone with ambiguous gender
4. Draw something you've only read about and never seen
5. Draw something "see through," like glass or water
6. Incorporate a pleasing or unpleasing texture

Create a series of pieces that are each clear examples of the seven principles of design: repetition, gestalt, contrast, positive/ negative, movement/ direction, emphasis, and balance.

And along the lines of something someone said in another comment:
Draw a single character in a variety of art styles (e.g. art nouveau, impressionism, renaissance, neo classicism, cubism, pop art, etc.) or in the styles of various artists.

Mix elements from various art styles that don't normally appear together in the same piece. (e.g. art nouveau and cubism)

Create a realistic portrait of a cartoon character or create a cartoon character from a realistic portrait.

Create a series of before and after pieces (any theme).

Create a piece to express an emotion using only black and white (no shading, no colour).
