40 min., 7.3 mi. Total: 414.8 mi. Marchin' along with Glorfindel.

40 min today 'cause I forgot to bike yesterday. Also, I added up all my calories for breakfast and lunch and realized that if I wanted something other than rabbit food for dinner, I needed to work out a bit more. :D
