20 min, 3.9 mi. Total: 221.8. Still clear. And frosty.
Today I cranked the tension on the bike all the way up to 3. OK, if you'd been following before, I'd done it once previously, but cranked it down because my knee or my foot or something was hurting. But I'm back up to 3 now. Woo.
And in other news, although Slayers is still on endless repeat, I've got 21 episodes of YuYu Hakusho taped, and Inu-Yasha's repeating form the beginning has finally got to the point where I stopped watching on the last go-round, when the Band of Seven showed up. So I've got a lot of something that I haven't yet seen to come. Woo!
