BPAL note...
...for the five of you who got Yule decants, re: Sol Invictus.
I double-checked the sweet-smelling Sol Invictus that I decanted for you guys against the Sol Invictus I got from the Lab. My Lab bottle is MUCH more bitter - neroli is a serious top note, and never quite goes away on me.
I emailed the Lab and they said the one with the bitter top note is the way it's supposed to be, and that the decant batch probably had a preponderance of the soft note.
Now ... I love the softer-smelling one. I hate the bitter one. You guys all got the softer ones. If you want the bitter one insted, I'll be happy to decant from my bitter bottle and swap you for the softer one. :D I'm keeping the two soft decants I have left over, decanting the bitter bottle, and putting the bitter ones up for sale when I get around to selling off the leftover decants (probably Wednesday?).

(This is where I admit that your package was SNEEKY LIKE NINJA and snuck off behind my monitor and I didn't see it until after I got back from the post office, so it got put in the mailbox Sunday. But I put a Batman stamp on it to make up for it. :D)
