Poll time!

There is very little in my fridge that I can have for dinner without actually cooking, and I am too ill to even think of doing that. But there is leftover pizza from last night and leftover Chinese from lunch today, which leads me to wonder...

[Poll #837125]

ETA: ALso, UPS delivered a book today that Mom ordered for me, so tonight's plans involve curling up on the couch, eating whatever I end up eating, and reading It Happened on Broadway: An Oral History of the Great White Way.

I've got the same crap, and I've been trying to figure out what we're going to do for dinner...either let Jim burn more orange chicken (that I'll barely eat) or have a third can of soup of the day...

Neither is sounding too appealing..... XD

If it weren't that I know not eating makes me feel worse, I'd just not eat. XD

Leftover Chinese doesn't keep as long as leftover pizza, IMHO. At least, it doesn't taste as good the longer it's left. So I'd get that out of the way now.

My vote is for soup and thera flu. Or tea with plenty of honey, fruit juice, and saltines. Sorry you've got the ick. Seems to be going around.

I love pizza, so of course that what I voted for. But I've been living on soup today, and it's a major comfort food. So if you have any soup and crackers, you might want to try that. Sorry you're not well! Feel better!

I had leftover pizza, so you can too!

Try equal portions of hot water, lemon juice, honey, and whiskey. This works wonders for cough/cold ailments, and is the only reason I keep whiskey in the house, no really.

You should state how old said chinese and pizza are, each. That makes a huge difference.

BOth pretty young: the pizza was from last night, and I ordered the Chinese for lunch because I wanted egg drop soup. :D

I've never heard Broadway called the 'great white way' before, so I spent several minutes staring confusedly at that title and wondering what the book could be about. I couldn't imagine how musicals would make for a book about Western imperalism/racism/the KKK.

The question mark of Mello's isn't him doubting his hate for all. It's him wondering which he hates MORE. Chinese or pizza.

I'd go for the pizza, then have chinese tomorrow.

Gasp! Too weak for Sanzo?! o__o You really are sick. Feel better soon, or else I might have to bring out the harisen and beat those germs into next week. ;D (And remember to drink lots of water. Dehydration = misery.)

No option for Sanzo for dinner? ;)

Tell me about it.... As I sit here, forcing myself to eat some cereal before riding into work. If it weren't for the fact that there's a painted sign that needs a price change this morning (bastards) I would still be in bed, having called in sick.

I'm going to see if I can break my record of 20 minutes on the clock, which was from a previous sickness....dammit, I AM a petry dish..... (as my old captain used to call herself....whee.)
