BPAL review: Spirits of the Dead
Spirits of the Dead
BPAL description: From the LE - A Demon In My View collection. A shuddering white scent, of ghostly breath and stony silence: dry tea leaf, linden blossom, papyrus, orris and coffin wood.
In vial: Tea. Almost an Earl Grey, but not quite.
Wet: Tea, with a hint of wood and lemon.
Dry: Tea, light lemon and woods. The orris starts coming out, giving it a faint hint of that richness I associate with Versailles.
Notes: The cat sniffed it and then went back into the box she was trying to climb into before I interrupted her. I'm undecided on this - I don't like it enough to hunt down a bottle on eBay, but I sort of like it enough to maybe keep the imp. Hm. It's certainly very light, with not much throw.
