QUESTION
When you are in a bathroom and there's an OUT OF ORDER sign on a stall door and a obviously ... out of order toilet, what do *you* do?
A) Use another stall.
B) Use it anyway and flush, thus causing it to overflow.
Yup, some nimrod did the latter. It's not like we don't have THREE OTHER BATHROOMS if it was that urgent.
