Note to self:
...remember to check Netflix discs as soon as they arrive, so as not to have a disc for a week and then decide to watch it and find it's cracked. ARG
This happened twice in fairly near succession, and I'm entertaining the possibility that I'm accidentally not seating it right in my DVD player, but I dunno - I popped a DVD I don't care about in and out several times, but since I was thinking about it, of coruse I was putting it in carefully. Arg.

My only complaint is how long it is taking for them to receive the movies.

I wish they would credit an account for the time it takes between mailing a broken disc and receiving another new one :( I feel like I'm losing money in transit.

Both of them did the thing where the menu works, but you can't go to any of the episodes, at least on my computer player. I tried them on the regular DVD player, and it said "Can't play dirty or damaged disk."
I've rarely had problems with the Netflix DVDs, so it's weird. But I've definitely decided to do the "check as soon as they arrive" thing as well.
