"Congratulations, you freak of nature!" came into my vocabulary after reading it on a newsgroup once, but unfortunately people seem to go "Yeah, you're right, I shouldn't be proud of [blah] because it's not that big a deal," after I say it to them completely meaning the congratulation, which is annoying, so it doesn't get anywhere near the amount of play that it ought.
