I broke down and signed up at [livejournal.com profile] boniblithe's Fandom Christmas Card Exchange. You sign up and in exchange you get a Christmas card from one of three characters you pick. In return, you get assigned a character from a fandom and have to make a card from that fandom and send it off to someone else. You're encouraged to be creative. XD

Sounds like fun, so I did it. There's only two fandoms I feel comfortable enough in to write a number of characters in, but oh well. :D

That sounds ridiculously fun.

Saiyuki and Death Note?

Card Exchange seems like not a lot of work for the people who sign up, a TON of work for [livejournal.com profile] bonblithe. Wow.

Gosh, how could you tell? :D I'm not sure how many people will sign up for Death Note, but it might be fun to attempt a Christmas card from an emotionally stunted detective (any of the 3) or a megalomaniacal killer. XD

Yup, looks like a ton of work for her - I'd suggest recruiting a squad to help her out.

I signed up, and only retrospectively remembered that I certainly know FMA well enough to write a card from anyone in it. Oh well.

Yeah, I realized after doing it that I could probably pull a Blade of the Immortal card out of my ass for anyone who wanted one; but then again, I'm not sure how many people would sign up for a BotI card.
