Here’s the base recipe. I close to tripled the seasoning amounts and added a heaping tablespoon of our favorite chili powder. Didn’t use the seasoning packet because I was dumping in already-seasoned taco meat as well.
We served with taco chips to add crunch, and I think I’d have liked some fresh elements—tomatoes, cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, and maybe a dollop of sour cream to add extra tang.
