If you're a digital artist and have been looking at Escape Motions' Rebelle (watercolor, oil, acrylic real-media emulator), Flame Painter (effects), Amberlight (fractal swirls and effects), and/or Inspirit (kaleidoscope and mandala effects), right now they've got a sale going where you can buy each of them for $10, instead of the usual $30-150.
I've been using Flame Painter for effects for a while now, since PNR book covers tend to use swirly magic stuff, and while I hadn't tried Rebelle yet, I am intrigued enough by the promise of being able to do something more like oil paint than Photoshop can do to drop $10 on the Pro version. (They'll make their money by selling you digital paper, never fear. XD) And also you get a pack of paper for free if you post it to social media--there's enough of you here that dabble in digital art that I think you might like it, so I'm posting about it here rather than my commercial-stuff-only Twitter account.
