As a Texan I expect you to have a deeper cultural knowledge of good beef (good old cliché ^^) - so was it as good or better? I hope you'll write the cooking session up in more detail, being quite intrigued when reading that link of the offer you had posted when you guys were planning the whole thing.

:) It was, indeed, very good beef. However, a couple of days later we had an experience with beef that we enjoyed *even more* and I plan on writing that up sometime in the near future, so that' small I shall say about that for now! XD
