I'm on my iPad so I'll just copy and paste a response from Metafilter instead of typing it all out myself: "It starts out as a picture of Riker on the bridge with a serious face. When you scroll down, his face morphs into a twinkly-eyed grin, and a randomized Riker bon mot, such as "When in Rome, eh?" or "I dream of a galaxy where your eyes are the stars and the universe worships the night" appears at the bottom of the screen. I had to scroll down, then up, and then scrolling down again worked. I could then repeat up and down to get a new image. But at first, my reaction was: "Huh? I don't get it." So scrolling up and down might work for you.
