My catchphrase might have been "Help! Get me out of here!" as I am leery about my knees when and, when I took a long, hot bath last night, made Toby promise to keep alert in case I should text him to help me get out of the tub. Hardly a heroic catchphrase!

If I wanted to get technical, the cord for the earphones was slightly closer to my left hand at the time, so I guess I might have sonic earphones. Which...well, they do deal with sound.
