If you're talking about using the LJ code to set up a journaling service-type thing, yeah, but more complex than MT or one of these others. If you're talking about an actual LJ journal, no, because I don't want our content on one of LJ's servers - embedding usually means that you have the journal appearing on your site, but that journal is hosted over at LJ. :)
