I shall tease you by telling you that you have to wait until I get home from work. :) It's from Jon Bonnell's Texas Favorites (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1423622596/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=telophase-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=1423622596), the latest cookbook by a local favorite chef. (He also has an awesome philosophy, which is that he happily gives out his recipes if you go to his website and ask. I bought the cookbook to encourage that sort of sensible attitude. XD)

ETA; And then I realized that I could coax the recipe out of Amazon's Search Inside the Book, so I shall shortly transcribe it and post. :)
