Can't Sleep Sims Will Eat Me 3!
More Can't Sleep in Simsville, as I want to kill time at lunch. (what? go for a walk instead? Quelle horreur!) (I could also get in closer to the figures when taking screenshots, but it never seems to occur to me to do so.)
More arguments! Genghis goes to the bookstore! Jason talks to a girl! EXTREME jogging!
As we left out boys last time, Beecher and Genghis were watching TV in very formal positions. Jason goes to the bathroom and breaks the toilet. He has an Unlucky personality characteristic so this sort of thing tends to happen to him. Luckily he is also a tinkerer and, if I make his practice enough, can at least fix the various appliances that spontaneously explode, light on fire, or spew water into the air around him.

Jason now comes over to watch TV. Beecher had wndered off to the kitchen for a minute, and returns, thinking evil thoughts about Jason, who looks to be fixing to sit down in Beecher's spot. Genghis seems worried about this, too.

Yay! Beecher chooses not to explode at Jason and isntead engages him in conversation about running. (Beecher is a physical fitness freak as I set him up, and loves to work out. And, apaprently, bore everyone with his talk of working out.)

Jason settles down, thinking longingly of Beecher while Beecher wanders to the kitchen and thinks longingly of Genghis NO HOMO.

Beecher acts out his conflicted feelings by picking a fight with Genghis.

Genghis manages to divert the argument with talk of computers.

Beecher tells him to get a job...

...and then complains some more with an icon I can't decipher.

And now Genghis goes to the library (I think it's the library)! This is actually an ordeal for him as he has the Hates Being Outside personality trait, if you'll remember.

Aaaand then he decides to go buy a book instead. Jason is also out, reading all by himself on a bench in the gloom. Sometime around this point, Jason gets a job as a bookstore clerk.

And then, girls happen! Genghis actually strikes up a conversation with one. (Er, I think it's a girl, but it might be a longhaired guy from this angle.) Jason spots one!

Jason swoops in for the kill! She thinks he's funny!

She leaves, but the brunette who visited them the previous day sees Jason and comes voer. Apparently she's really in to him! Genghis' conversation partner is really in to him, but he's either proposing a roll in the hay or being bored to sleepiness.

Apparently it's the latter, as Genghis is now making fun of her. (Well, it's a position that Sims who are conversing often get into, but I can't see Genghis doing that for any reason other than to mock.)

Genghis and Jason go home (in a boring fashion, so no screenshots).
Meanwhile, Beecher's bed-sense is tingling! Either he's sleepy or he has an oddly specific telepathic connection to Genghis.

Could it be the latter? Beecher takes off running!

Alas, no, Beecher is instead going for some heavy-duty working out.

He is, unfortunately, so exhausted from his arguing throughout the day that he keeps falling down when on the treadmill. I should probably have made him go to bed right away, but this was too funny so I amde him work out for a while more.

Beecher goes and steals some food from the refrigerator in the gym cafe.

And then jogs home. I will take the opportunity to point out that I made Beecher and Extreme Sports Enthusiast, which gives me the option, when I tell him to travel across town, to Extreme Jog. This is what he's doing now, Extreme Jogging in his Utilikilt and combat boots.

I have taken the liberty of getting them some more bedroom furniture so there are no more arguments about who sleeps where and so the guys don't have to examine what their feelings really are for each other. Beecher turns in...

...on top of his covers.

But wait! He's back up! With some sort of grudge against Jason that I can't figure out since I've got the camera too far away to see the icons clearly!

Aaand it's only momentary, and he drops back into sleep. Genghis is up, though.

And he's hungry. Yahoo.

That's all for now, and I'm reminding myself I made it to screenshot 99 here, so I know where to start the next batch. (You're not getting all of them! Most of them are shots I took within seconds of each other, apparently under the impression that they'd be somehow different from each other.)
