They flock. I swear they sniff each other's breath to find out what they've been eating. They're very noisy, too, so other birds follow their chatter to find food sources. You should be all set now!

Fall migration season is coming up, too. When it gets colder, try a suet cake with stuff in it for the insect-eating birds. (This may or may not work---sometimes squirrels just clean those things out.)

You may see hawks trying to pick off your finches and doves shortly; you seem to live in hawk habitat.
