She friended me first, so I don't know. :) I should think the easiest way is just to friend her, and the next time she checks the friendslist she'll probably look at your journal and decide if she wants to add you back.

("Friendslist' is such an unfortunate term ... I like 'reading list' much better, because it more accurately describes what it is.)
