Finally realized that the low-grade headache I'd had all day that didn't respond to ibuprofen was actually a migraine. Which would explain my inexplicable sleepiness last night and inability to get out of bed until 8AM this morning. Perhaps one day I'll realize that inexplicable sleepiness usually means a migraine arriving.

Anyway, now to just kill time until the Relpax kicks in.

Ouch!

I hope it kicks in soon.

I wish I could figure out that when my back is sore, it is a sign that I'm having a knee flareup (it means I'm limping, which I never notice, and limping means screwing up the back, and blah blah). But go figure. These things are somehow very hard to remember.

Also, I really want cake now.

I still had some twinges this morning, so I'm working form home to stay out of florescent lights, which seems to be working fine.
