BTW, if you're looking for a free backup solution for files on your computer, DropBox isn't too bad. You install it, and put anything you want to keep backed up into its folder, and it uploads it in the background while you go about your business. The major drawback that I've found is that you have to put things in that folder - you can't just put a shortcut in it, which means that if you've carefully worked out your directory organization, it'll play havoc with it. (You can store things in the Dropbox folder and put shortcuts to the place it should be in the organization, if you want.) Anyway, I've got stuff like final copies of my artwork in there - things that would be a huge hassle to replace if my hard drive got b0rked and that I haven't got around to making physical backups of yet (and since I never store them offsite, Dropbox will be handy if there's a fire).
Anyway, the real reason I'm posting this: my referral code. :) If you sign up through that link, both of us get a bit more space (250MB) in our dropboxes.

(wait, let's not end it yet - I just read the email a bit more closely, and they've got iPhone, iPad, and Android apps, so you can sync those as well.)

One question - does your referral link expire? I'm about to leave on an extended trip, so if I can bookmark + come back to it in a few weeks, that'd be sweet.
