Ridglea Theater owner files for bankruptcy. Which wouldn't be that noticeable to me except that (a) it's near the new house and (b) the sentence "The trust has faced foreclosure four times in the past two years on the property, which includes the adjoining office and retail spaces at 3309 Winthrop Ave," which happens to be where I'm going this afternoon to sign the lease - the property management company has its offices there. I hope they don't have to move, as it's damn convenient for us for them to be there.
