There's also Crescent Shop (http://www.crescent-shop.com/) that will buy things in Japan and send them on for a commission. The few times I've used them they've been friendly and prompt, even if their English can be a little odd at times. Plus they use Japanese newspaper as box padding, which is just an added bonus for me (gives me free attempted reading practice :D)
