Today's random bitching commentary.[*]
--Watched Doctor Who #4 today: had me squee-ing like a fangirl because they're actually addressing the issues of what happens then a Companion vanishes from their regular life for a period of time, and what everyone else must think of this mysterious figure who shows up randomly. And then they crashed a spaceship into Big Ben.
--FInally broke down and admitted this haadache was a migraine and took my meds, but it make me kinda weird for a while as it kicks in, which means my face sort of hurts, sort of not, and there's this sort of sensation that the migraine is still there although the pain is not. Not especially pleasant.
--To my cat: I feed you, I fill your water bowl, I give you the special treats that keep you from throwing up on the carpet, I supply the week-old taco chips you ferret out from behind the speakers and consume with gusto, I dandle the feather thing in front of you, and I rub your belly whenever you sprawl yourself in front of my feet. Could you possibly, once, rub my belly in return? Minus claws? P.S. Please try to refrain from shredding every bit of paper you get your paws on. I might have wanted that coupon.
--And while I'm asking for impossible things, I would like the Trash Fairy to alight upon my doorstep and remove the elderly chicken from the fridge, where it is making its presence unmistakeably known, to the dumpster. Thank you.
