Once I get the official paperwork for that, the next step is getting a business checking account and moving the money I've got out of the checking account it's currently in into that.<br /><br />Also, during the call I had yesterday with her, I found that if I have any business equipment (I suppose my computer would count?), I need to either declare it in the initial governing documents or set up an arrangement where I essentially lease it from myself.
