Aaaand a cooking class booked in Kyoto where we get to learn to cook Kobe beef and a few other Japanese dishes! It's this one: http://www.kyoto-cooking-class.com/index.html It's taught by a guy in his own home (kids underfoot and everything!), in small groups of 2-6 people.
