Bird ID?

Can anyone ID this guy? Every so often we have a small flock of them come through. They don't get on the feeder, but rootle around in the undergrowth for a short while, then fly off.

edit: IDed, thanks to [livejournal.com profile] batwrangler and [livejournal.com profile] matildarose! Dark-eyed Junco.

This is, alas, the best pic I've got of one of them, as rootling about in the undergrowth means that they tend to hop behind leaves exactly at the moment the shutter snaps.

Looks like a junco, though the ones up here have lighter bellies.

Dark-eyed Junco. Here, they're a sign of winter, as they overwinter here but disappear during the warmer months. They're primarily ground-feeders.

Awesome, thank you!
